The development team has submitted its Project 1: Elmwood/Bryant Mixed Use to the City of Buffalo Planning Board as a February 12 Agenda Item, in order for the Planning Board to adopt a resolution to be Lead Agency in the site plan review process. Action on the site plan cannot be taken at this meeting; this is simply the first step in the legislatively-established process of Site Plan Review.  It is the understanding of the development team that the Planning Board will not be taking any public comments at this meeting, though the public is always welcome at Board meetings.  The Board will be scheduling a Public Hearing as part of the SEQR and Site Plan Review process.  Neighbors within 400 feet of the site will receive notification from the City of the date when the Public Hearing will be held.
